"Don't sit there trying to figure out what to do next, ask your customers. They will tell you what to do next."
That statement hit home and since then, we have been on a mission. Our desire is to continually improve our business and the experience of those that share our interests, namely great candy from great companies. In order to do that, we need feedback. Constant feedback.
Please tell us your ideas and share your suggestions on how we can create a better experience for you. Ask questions. We want to hear from people who have eaten our product, purchased our product, received it as a gift, done business with our company as a customer or a supplier. We want to hear from our loyal fans, our wholesale customers, our sales staff and business associates. Basically, everyone.
Tell us what you love about our products but tell us what you don't like too. Let us know what we do as a company that you like, so we can keep doing it. Tell us what we do that drives you absolutely crazy so we can change it. Have you ever thought, "Why don't they...?" Tell us! Have you ever wondered how our candy is made? Ask us!
Whether your experience has been great, good, bad or some combination of that, we want to know.
